Jascayd is a highly selective PDE4B targeted inhibitor with anti-fibrotic and immunomodulatory effects. It is indicated for adult patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). May be used alone or in combination with standard anti-fibrotic agents such as pirfenidone or nintedanib to reduce lung capacity decline and delay disease progression.

Standard Maintenance Dose: 18 mg orally twice daily, 12 hours apart. Swallow whole with room temperature water, before or after meals. Do not split, chew, or crush tablets.

• Mild/Moderate Hepatic Impairment (Child-Pugh A/B): No dose adjustment required
• Severe Hepatic Impairment & End-Stage Renal Disease: Insufficient safety data - not recommended

Missed Dose: Take immediately if remembered on the same day. If less than 4 hours until next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take double dose.

Film-coated oral tablets: 18 mg per tablet, 60 tablets per box

• Pregnant and breastfeeding women without professional risk-benefit assessment

• Gastrointestinal Effects: Mild diarrhea, nausea, and stomach discomfort common during early treatment. Persistent severe GI reactions require medical evaluation and dose adjustment
• Liver Function Monitoring: Regular liver function tests recommended during long-term use to monitor transient transaminase elevations
• Drug Interactions: Metabolized by hepatic oxidation. Professional dose assessment required when used with strong CYP3A modulators
• Fertility Considerations: Effective contraception recommended for patients of reproductive potential throughout treatment

Diarrhea, nausea, headache, fatigue, decreased appetite. Transient liver enzyme abnormalities frequently observed in laboratory tests.

Store at 20°C-25°C. Temporary exposure to 15°C-30°C acceptable. Protect from light. Keep in original packaging until use.
